"This last pregnancy I was again diagnosed with gestational diabetes at the week they test for it. I failed the orange drink test. They wanted to put me on insulin, etc. I knew the drill having had 3 children before; I wanted something different.

I fired my doctor and found a wonderful midwife. I used your bean plan and kept my blood sugars pristine for the entire pregnancy. It was the easiest pregnancy and labor and delivery. I felt amazing and had a lot of energy. I was in very little discomfort. I walked 15 minutes a day and sometimes 30 minutes.

I did not have gestational diabetes with this pregnancy. It was wonderful! My midwife tested my urine for proteins every visit and I passed that test every time the entire pregnancy. The bean protocol was the answer for me and it really brought me and baby health.
